About
I am a student in Applied Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (Master 1 in Mathematics and AI at Université Paris-Saclay). My interests include machine learning, AI ethics, and data security.
Currently
I am currently a research intern at LISN within the BioInfo team, working on Local Ancestry Inference using ancient genomic data.
The goal is to develop robust statistical methods capable of processing highly noisy, fragmented, and potentially imputed data.
My work focuses on adapting algorithms based on Hidden Markov Models to this specific context. I am also exploring alternative probabilistic approaches to improve inference performance under degraded data conditions.
